Whole-process management is applied for GYN patients in our group by multi-disciplinary team (MDT) consultation, together with gynecology department, pathology department, radiology department , anesthesiology department and radiation oncology department. IMRT, VMAT concurrent chemotherapy applied for primary cervical cancer and endometrial carcinoma. Target therapy, thermotherapy concurrent radiotherapy also be applied in our hospital. Advanced HDR ¹⁹²Ir afterloading machine (Varian, USA) opened in 2014, and then both techniques of HDR intracavitary and interstitial HDR therapy applied for patients with GYN and recurrent GYN. Brachytherapy is important component of radical radiotherapy for cervical cancer or endometrial cancer. Intracavitary brachytherapy under ultrasound image guided, 3D brachytherapy and interstitial brachytherapy under CT image guidance were used in our hospital. In 2015, Individual printed 3D template based HDR ¹⁹²Ir interstitial brachytherapy under epidural anesthesia was first advanced in our center. There are two types of pelvic recurrence of GYN, one is central recurrence and another is pelvic recurrence. Individual treatments of HDR ¹⁹²Ir interstitial brachytherapy or LDR ¹²⁵I seeds permanent implantation will be selected according to the subtypes of recurrence respectively in our center.

Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women, radiotherapy include adjuvant radiotherapy postmastec- tomy, whole breast irradiation after breast conserving surgery, recurrent or metastatic breast cancer. Electron beam irradiation technique, 3D conformal irradiation technique, Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy have been carried out since 2001. Clarity 3D ultrasound and Sentinel^TM laser scaning were firstly used for position verification of breast irradiation in 2013, which improve the herapeutic efficiency, meanwhile reduce the additional dose of conventional orthogonal films and CBCT. Our multi-disciplinary team (MDT) which include breast surgery department, medical oncology department, pathology department, ultrasonic department and radiation oncology department will do our best to help everyone with breast cancer get appropriate comprehensive treatments. We make endeavor to improve the treatment response rate and prolong overall survival of patients .
