With the foundation of Radiotherapy Department of the Third Hospital of Peking University in 2001and increasing development ,the Composition of personnel of Therapist Group has moved Towards the more optimization after the more than the years.
In scientific research, Members of the treatment group of our department contribute more than 50 articles at the National Radio oncology Congress, National Radiotherapy Technology Congress and Major academic conferences among which three excellent papers were stated and exchanged at the National Radio oncology Congress, National Radiotherapy Technology Congress. And they issued more than 10 articles in core journals and Applied for a patent. Internationally, Five members of the technical team successively went to Japan and other countries for exchange and study and brought back many advanced technical experiences.
In terms of teaching, After more than a year of adjustment and improvement since the department returning to our hospital, In the second year, clinical internship students were enrolled for seven consecutive years,4-8 people every year. the department trained more than 40 excellent talents for the tumor radiotherapy field, who are active in Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Cancer Hospital of Peking University, Peking university international hospital, Major provincial and municipal hospitals and other important positions and engaged in the work of therapists and physicists.
