Methods Our statistical data into two group at 142 cases.2-14 age for children group.15-67 age for adult, we make contrast according to urinary dysfunction in front and behind of operation, deformity of led and foots, muscle power deficit of lower limbs, sense unusual, As well as through X-ray, MRI, urinary dynamics and determination of bladder remaining urine in front and behind of operation. Monitor of electrophysiology on the time of operation. As well as we undertake long time follow-up and appraise. Results There are 16 cases to obtain improvement in 27 cases urinary functional deficit after operation. The 12 cases patients of detrusor urinae hyperreflexia there are a bit descend after operation. There are 22 cases to get suppression on deformity of legs and feet after operation. There are 9 cases children muscle power deficit, there are 7 cases sensory deficit, their get improvement after operation. In 91 cases adult tethered cord syndrome, there are 43 cases improvement after operation in 56 cases muscle power deficit of lower limbs. There are 56 cases improvement after operation in 77 cases have legs and anal around sensory deficit. There are 61 cases urinary functional deficit to get lyses. They have all certain improvement in urinary functional deficit great patients. There are 77 cases notice conus movement during surgery and there are 51 cases conus movement assessed by MRI after operation. Conclusion Through review inquire outcome of surgical cure, the adult have good improvement, adult and children and hold compare, on urinary functional deficit and damage of sense and motion. Assume a good prognosis from early symptoms to surgical operation, interval short-term, conus movement turn towards the brain and make appraise MRI. Adult tethered cord syndrome also make marked progress, bladder dysfunction and anal around sensory deficit more than two years, long time follow-up behind of operation. In addition, we use a monitor of electrophysiology during operation, the whole can achieve satisfied outcome of surgical operation, for prevent add to nervous lesion.
