总务处简介

 

北京大学第三医院总务处作为医院后勤保障的重要职能处室,承担着医院水、电、气、暖、空调、电梯、通讯、楼宇自控等重要设备的运行保障任务,提供衣、食、住、行等各类相关后勤服务。

The General Affairs Department of Peking University Third Hospital (PUTH), as an essential department for hospital logistics support, is responsible for ensuring the operation and maintenance of critical equipment such as water, electricity, gas, heating, air conditioning, elevators, communication, building automation, and provides various logistical services such as clothing, food, housing and transportation.

总务处下设办公室、电力科、动力科、维修中心、物资管理科、营养膳食科、车辆管理科、党校院区后勤保障办公室、院外机构后勤保障办公室、热线服务中心10个科室,涵盖27个班组。

The General Affairs Department consists of 10 divisions: the Administrative Office, the Electric Power Division, the Power Division, the Maintenance Center, the Material Management Division, the Nutrition and Dietary Division, the Vehicle Management Division, the Logistics Support Office of the C.P.C. Central Committee Party School Branch of PUTH, and the Logistics Support Office of the Out-of-hospital Institutions of PUTH, the Call Center,covering 27 teams and groups.

现有职工396名,是医院规模最大的职能处室之一。总务处具有大专以上学历的职工197人,占总人数的50%,其中本科毕业生80人(20%),硕士研究生41人(10%),多数职工已经成为业务骨干力量,承担着总务处未来建设和发展的重任。(2025年4月)

With 396 staff members, the General Affairs Department is one of the largest functional department in the hospital. It boasts a highly educated workforce, with 197 employees holding at least a college degree, accounting for 50% of the total, including 80 with bachelor's degrees (20%) and 41 with master's degrees (10%). The majority of employees have emerged as the cornerstone of the department, shouldering the weighty responsibility of shaping the future development of the General Affairs Department. 在上级领导的支持下,总务处上下齐心紧密配合,共同坚持履行“服务医院、使命必达”的总务精神。同时,我们还继续积极推行标准化、专业化、规范化、信息化和精细化的管理理念,锐意改革创新,加强后勤管理,强化服务意识,持续做好后勤保障,扎实稳妥地推进各项工作的进程,在运行保障、优质服务、科学管理、和谐发展等各方面得到医院的认可和赞誉。

With the support of senior leadership, the General Affairs Department operates in close coordination and upholds the spirit of "Serving the Hospital, with Mission Accomplished." Besides, we actively promote standardized、specialized、regulated、informatizedand refined management principles and strive for pursuing reforms and innovations, strengthening logistical management, enhancing service awareness, and steadfastly providing logistical support. We effectively advance various aspects of our work and have gained recognition and praise from the hospital in areas such as operational support, quality service, scientific management, and harmonious development.

多年来,总务人一直怀揣责任和梦想,发扬“关爱、凝聚、传承”的总务文化,践行“服务医院、使命必达”的精神,通过长期的人才梯队建设,推行标准化、专业化、规范化、信息化和精细化的管理理念。目前总务处已经成长为一支高素质、专业化、重管理、有特色科室文化的后勤保障队伍,在运行保障、优质服务、科学管理、和谐发展等各方面得到医院的认可和赞誉,多次获得医院的优秀管理团队奖、优秀管理项目奖、优质服务先进集体奖、优秀提案落实奖等荣誉。

Over the years, the staff in the General Affairs Department has carried a sense of responsibility and a dream, promoting the culture of "Caring, Cohesion, and Inheritance" and embodying the spirit of "Serving the Hospital, with Mission Accomplished." Through long-term talent development and the promotion of standardized, specialized, regulated, informatized, and refined management principles, the General Affairs Department has grown into a high-quality, professional, management-focused logistical support team with a distinctive departmental culture. It has received numerous honors from the hospital, including the Excellent Management Team Award, the Outstanding Management Project Award, the Advanced Group Award for Quality Service, and the Outstanding Proposal Implementation Award.

俗话说:“兵马未动、粮草先行”,现代化的医院发展同样离不开后勤强有力的支持,北京大学第三医院总务处就是这样一支保障有力、服务一流的队伍。

   As the saying goes, "An army marches on its stomach." Similarly, the modernization of hospital development depends on strong logistical support. The General Affairs Department will persist in its commitment to providing support and services to the hospital.
