科室简介

门诊部主要负责全院门诊医疗服务组织管理,职能涵盖门诊日常行政管理、医联体管理、门诊属地化诊区管理、门诊会诊中心、远程医疗中心、门诊服务中心等区域管理工作。

近年来根据医院总体规划和部署,门诊部与多部门协作,以患者和临床医技科室需求为导向,创新服务模式,持续优化就医流程:推进预约诊疗和精准预约服务;搭建“一站式”综合预约平台;深入开展疑难病MDT诊疗;加强医疗质量管理;拓展远程医疗服务;加强社区对口支援及医联体建设,不断提高门诊医疗服务水平,提升患者就医体验。

伴随医院六十五年的发展,目前已有40多个临床医技科室、数百位专家在门诊出诊,年门诊量超400万人次。门诊部团队在院领导的正确领导下,聚力门诊服务质量提升,营造一流就医环境,为医院高质量发展增砖添瓦!

The Outpatient Department is mainly responsible for the organization and management of outpatient medical services in the hospital, with functions covering administration of outpatients, and the management of medical clusters, outpatient reception, consultation center, telemedicine center, and outpatient service center.

In recent years, according to the overall development plan of the hospital and in response to the demands of patients and clinical departments, the outpatient department has collaborated with multiple departments to innovate service modes and optimize the treatment process, which continuously upgrade the level of outpatient services and the experience of patients, including:

Promote precise clinical reservation service;

Establish the "one-stop" comprehensive appointment platform;

Develop the Multi-Disciplinary Treatment (MDT) service;

Improve the management for medical quality;

Expand the telemedicine services;

Reinforce the construction of medical clusters, and etc.

Along with the development of the hospital in the past 65 years, there are more than 40 clinical and medical technology departments, involving hundreds of experts, participating in outpatient service. In 2022, the hospital served more than 4.06 million outpatients. The outpatient department has always been committed to improving the quality of outpatient services, creating a better treatment environment, and contributing to the high-quality development of the hospital!
