北京大学第三医院科研处

北京大学第三医院科研处是为全院的科研能力提升与规范运行提供全方位科研管理与服务的职能部门。

科研处的职能包括学科建设、科研平台申报和管理、项目申报和过程管理、论文发表登记和日常统计管理、科技成果奖的申报、科研经费管理、伦理项目的审查等工作。根据医院科研管理工作需要,医院先后成立了伦理办公室、成果转化办公室、医学创新研究院办公室,2023年,科技成果转化办公室正式独立。科研处一直以服务学科和科研工作者为己任,持续拓展服务深度、广度和力度,在机制创新、平台搭建、资源整合等方面,形成了独特的管理模式,助力医院整体创新发展。

科研处与医院共同成长和壮大,至今规模已从2008年的6名工作人员扩大到20余名人员。多年来,科研处一直重视对科管人员的自身培养与提高,先后承担各级部门的管理课题,针对科研管理等方面开展相关研究,积极参与行业及专业学协会的建设,定期组织参加科研管理相关的培训,不断提升科研管理人员的理论水平和专业素质,同时加强科研管理信息化建设,重视科室文化建设,并荣获医院多项荣誉。

在全院努力下,多项重大举措接连落地,激活科技创新活力,医院科研综合实力不断提升。近年来我院学科科技创新能力持续保持领先地位,获批对外竞争性科研项目屡创新高,初步形成一只学科特色鲜明、稳定、优质、年轻化的人才队伍。科研产出丰富,向高水平发展趋势明显,牵头获得多项国家级、省部级等各级各类科技成果奖项和荣誉,科研实力得到广泛认可。科研处秉承“团结 奉献 求实 创新”的精神,全力支撑和服务于研究型医院建设及未来学科发展。

The Scientific Research Department of Peking University Third Hospital is a functional department that provides comprehensive scientific research management and services enhancing the scientific research capabilities and standardized operation for the hospital.

The functions of the Scientific Research Department include discipline construction, application and management of research platforms, application and process management of projects, registration of publication and daily statistical management, application for scientific and technological achievement awards, management of research funds, and ethical review of projects, etc. In accordance with the needs of the hospital's scientific research management, the Ethics Office, the Office of Technology Transfer and the Institute of the Medical Innovation and Research were successively established. In 2023, the Office of Technology Transfer officially became independent. The Scientific Research Department has always taken it as its responsibility to serve the development of disciplines and scientific researchers, continuously expanding the depth, breadth and intensity of services. It has formed a unique management model in terms of mechanism innovation, platform construction, and resource integration, contributing to the overall innovative development of the hospital.

The Department of Scientific Research has grown and expanded alongside the hospital, increasing from a staff of 6 in 2008 to more than 20 members in 2025. Over the years, the department has consistently emphasized the professional development of its personnel. It has undertaken management projects at various levels, conducted research related to scientific research administration, actively contributed to the development of professional societies and associations, and regularly organized participation in training programs focused on research management. These efforts have continuously enhanced the theoretical knowledge and professional competence of the staff. Additionally, the department has strengthened the informatization of research management, placed great importance on fostering a strong organizational culture, and has received multiple honors from the hospital.

Thanks to the collective efforts of the entire hospital, a series of major initiatives have been implemented, invigorating scientific and technological innovation and steadily enhancing the hospital’s overall research capacity. In recent years, our disciplines have maintained a leading position in innovation, successively securing record numbers of competitive external grants. A stable, high-caliber, and young talent pool with distinctive academic strengths has begun to take shape. Research output is abundant and trending toward higher impact; as lead institution we have been awarded numerous national, ministerial and provincial science-and-technology prizes and honors, earning broad recognition for our scientific strength. Guided by the values of “Unity, Dedication, Integrity, Innovation,” the Department of Scientific Research is fully committed to supporting and serving the construction of a research-oriented hospital and the future development of our disciplines.
