北医三院基建处于2014年成立，院领导考虑到我院基本建设工作任务重、难度大和时间紧等因素，为切实加强对基本建设工作的领导，提高工作效率和管理水平，进一步做好基本建设工作，确保医院总体规划的顺利实施，在原基建处的基础上组建基建指挥部。主要承担我院总体规划改扩建项目的立项、报批、设计、工程招投标、工程管理、投资控制等工作。

基建处现有5名正式职工，基建处是由一支年富力强的队伍组成的，具有基建管理所需的各个专业的人才（包括投资管理、工程管理、档案管理等）。成员中具有大专以历的人员有5人（硕士2人、本科1人、大专2人），高级职称1人、中级职称3人、初级职称1人。

  The Infrastructure Department of Peking University Third Hospital was established in 2014. Considering the heavy workload, difficulty, and tight schedule of our hospital's infrastructure construction work, the hospital leaders have established an infrastructure command center on the basis of the original Infrastructure Department to effectively strengthen leadership, improve work efficiency and management level, further improve infrastructure construction work, and ensure the smooth implementation of the hospital's overall plan. Mainly responsible for the initiation, approval, design, engineering bidding, engineering management, investment control and other work of the overall planning, renovation and expansion projects of our institute.

  The Infrastructure Department currently has 5 formal employees, and is composed of a young and strong team with various professional talents required for infrastructure management (including investment management, engineering management, archive management, etc.). There are 5 members with a college degree or above (1 master's degree, 2 undergraduates, 2 associate degrees), 1 senior professional title, 3 intermediate professional titles, and 1 junior professional title among the members.
