为了更好的服务于医院集团化发展，做好医院国内合作工作，2022年8月北京大学医学部批复设立国内合作处，主要负责医院对外合作有关事务、医院合同管理等，职能如下：

1.全院合同统一管理及对接医院法律顾问相关事宜。

2.对外合作项目调研、洽谈和合同文本起草等。

3.国家区域医疗中心相关工作。

4.各直属院区、托管分院和合作院区的联络、沟通和协调。

5.国内合作项目的管理（如：资金往来结算等）。

6.对外合作经费的院内分配与管理。

7.对接医学部国内合作处相关业务。

8.医院注册商标管理有关事宜。

1. Unified management and coordination of hospital legal advisors through hospital-wide contracts.

2. Research, negotiation, and drafting of contract texts for external cooperation projects.

3. Work related to national regional medical centers.

4. Liaison, communication, and coordination with affiliated hospitals, managed branch campuses, and cooperative hospitals.

5. Management of domestic cooperative projects (such as fund settlement).

6. Internal allocation and management of external cooperation funds.

7. Coordination with the domestic cooperation department of the medical department.

8. Management of hospital registered trademark-related matters.
