财务处科室简介

 财务处作为医院经济管理职能部门之一,肩负着依法组织医院收入、合理安排医院支出,积极筹措并合理运用资金,加强经济活动的控制和监督等任务,在医院发展建设中发挥着重要作用。

财务处以“严谨、求实、敬业、创新”为宗旨,按照“标准化、规范化、科学化、信息化”的总体要求,在预算管理、成本管理、内部控制、会计核算、资产管理、价格管理、结算管理等领域苦练内功,不断提高财务管理水平,提升服务能力,以期实现国内一流、委属前列的管理目标。

财务处下设五个科,分别为:门诊结算科、住院结算科、会计科、物价管理科、国有资产管理科,主要负责医院门急诊挂号收费结算、患者入出院费用结算、预算管理、会计核算、财务分析、价格管理、资产管理、成本管理等工作。

财务处现有在职员工208人,其中:按学历分类:研究生28人,本科生137人,专科及以下43人;按职称分类:高级会计师9人,会计师22人,助理会计师60人,其他人员117人。

近年来,财务处在院领导的有力领导下,在各部门和全院职工的支持帮助下,不断地与时俱进、开拓创新,取得了一些成绩,多次荣获国家卫生健康委部门预决算、资产决算和企业决算、国库集中支付管理、全国卫生健康财务年报编制工作等奖项,获得国家卫生健康委“国有资产决算工作先进单位”、“企业决算先进单位”、“国有资产清查先进单位”、北京市发展和改革委员会“北京市价格监测工作先进单位”等称号。

今后,财务处将不断完善制度、流程,提高精细化管理水平,力争为医院发展做出更大的贡献。

As one of the operational management departments, Finance Department is responsible for organizing income and expense legally and reasonably, raising and operating capital rationally, and enhancing the monitor of operation activities, which plays an important role in development and construction of the hospital.

Aiming of being the domestic first-class and the top of the Commission, Finance Department complies with the tenet of "Precise, Realistic, Dedicated and Innovative" and the requirement of "Normalization, Standardization, Scientization and Informatization" by enhancing internal strength in terms of Budget Management, Cost Management, Internal Controls, Accounting, Asset Management, Price Management, Settlement Management and etc., and constantly improves the level of financial management and service capability.

Finance Department is formed by Outpatient and Inpatient Settlement section, Accounting section, Price Management section and Asset Management section, being responsible for the settlement of outpatient and inpatient charge, budget management, accounting, financial analysis, price management, asset and cost management and etc..

There are 208 employees in Finance Department, including 28 postgraduates, 137 undergraduates and 43 employees with other degrees. By title, Finance Department has 9 senior accountants, 22 intermediate accountants, 60 junior accountants and 117 employees with other titles.

In recent years, under the sensible leadership from the leader of hospital and assistance from other departments, Finance Department has continually innovated new methods of management and been awarded of budget management, price management and asset management.

In the future, Finance Department will continuously improve rules and processes, aiming to make a greater contribution to hospital development.
