On October 16, 2023, a delegation of 20 nursing postgraduate students led by Professor Suchira, Deputy Director of the Human Resources Department, and Professor Apinya, Deputy Director of the Graduate School from the Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Mahidol University, Thailand, visited Peking University Third Hospital.

Speech by Prof. Li Rong

Vice President Li Rong of Peking University Third Hospital delivered the welcome speech at the discussion meeting. She recalled the friendly interactions in recent years between Peking University Third Hospital and Mahidol University, Thailand, as well as Siriraj Hospital, and expressed her hope that this time’s exchange with the Ramathibodi School of Nursing would further promote in-depth interaction and communication between the two institutions in clinical nursing, research, management, and education.

Professor Suchira, Deputy Director of the Human Resources Department at Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Mahidol University, expressed gratitude for the warm reception at Peking University Third Hospital and highly praised the level of nursing service and cultural construction at the hospital.

During the meeting, both institutions showcased their strengths and achievements in medical and nursing disciplines.Li Baohua, Director of the Nursing Department, noted that Peking University Third Hospital shares similarities with the Thai side in nursing talent cultivation and management. She expressed her hope to deepen practical cooperation between the two sides and actively promote exchanges and cooperation in the medical and health fields between China and Thailand.
