金昌晓，男，1965年11月生，中共党员，汉族，研究生学历，公共管理硕士，管理研究员。
现任北京大学第三医院党委书记。负责医院党委全面工作，侧重保密工作、精神文明建设、意识形态和宣传、医院文化、医院服务。
历任北京大学第三医院党院办主任、党委副书记、副院长。
多年从事医院管理工作，在医院经营管理、信息化、绩效考核、医院服务和医改等方面有较深入了解。作为项目负责人先后承担863国家高技术研究发展计划课题、国家卫健委医疗机构中医疗、服务、管理数字化工作研究项目、国家卫健委公立医院高质量发展揭榜攻关项目、国家卫健委公立医院高质量发展评价指标体系构建、薪酬分配研究及互联网医院运营管理研究项目、首都卫生发展科研专项项目等。曾荣获北京医院协会2013年度“优秀医院管理干部”、2012-2013年度“中国医院优秀CIO”荣誉称号、2017年度全国医院信息化杰出领导力人物奖。
现任中国医院协会副会长、中国医院协会医疗联合体工作委员会主任委员、中华预防医学会叙事医学分会主任委员、中国人体健康科技促进会副会长；《叙事医学》杂志主编等。

He is responsible for the overall work of the Party Committee of the hospital, focusing on confidentiality, spiritual civilization, ideology and propaganda, hospital culture and services.
He successively served as the director of the Party Office, Deputy Party Secretary and Vice President of Peking University Third Hospital.
Focus and Interests
He has been engaged in hospital management for many years, and has a deep understanding of hospital management, performance appraisal, hospital services, and healthcare reform. As the project leader, he has successively undertaken the National High-tech Research and Development Program project, the research project on the Digital work of medical care, service and management in medical institutions of the National Health Commission, and the Special research project on the Capital's Health Development.
