杨莉，女，1976年11月生，中共党员，汉族，研究生学历，管理学博士，研究员。

现任北京大学第三医院党委副书记、纪委书记，负责医院纪委工作。

历任党院办党支部书记、纪委审计党支部书记、监察室副主任、纪委副书记、监察室主任。

作为专职管理人员，长期从事医院管理工作。负责或参与教育部、国家卫生健康委、中国科学技术协会、北京市卫生健康委、北京大学等有关党风廉政建设、廉洁风险防控等多项管理课题。

As full-time management personnel, she engaged in hospital management for many years.
