姜雪，男，1980年11月生，中共党员，土家族，研究生学历，法学博士学位，研究员。

现任北京大学第三医院党委副书记，科技成果转化办公室主任。负责组织工作、工会、团委、离退休工作、学生思想政治工作。

历任北京大学第三医院团委书记，科研处副处长，党院办主任、党支部书记。

长期从事医院管理和科技创新管理工作。作为课题负责人先后承担科技部、国家自然科学基金委等国家级课题5项，教育部、国家卫健委、北京市等省部级课题6项，北京大学医学部党建创新课题3项；主编书籍3部，牵头发布国家团体标准1项，多项研究成果被有关部门采纳。

入选中国科协首届“科创中国”技术经理人先锋，曾荣获中国产学研合作促进奖（个人）、第十一届“金桥奖”突出先进个人、北京大学医学部优秀党务工作者等荣誉。

现任科技部人工智能社会试验总体组专家、国家标准委“全国智能技术社会应用与评估基础标准化工作组（SWG35）”委员、中华医学会临床研究项目管理委员会委员、中国技术市场协会理事、《中华医院管理杂志》及《中华医学科研管理杂志》青年编委等。

He has authored 3 books, spearheaded the release of 1 national group standard, and seen multiple research outcomes adopted by relevant authorities.
