李蓉，女，汉族，1974年10月出生，中共党员，大学学历，医学博士学位，教授、主任医师，博士生研究生导师。
现任北京大学第三医院医疗副院长、生殖医学科主任。负责医院医疗、行风建设、医联体和医保工作。
历任北京大学第三医院妇产科主任、院长助理。
国家杰出青年基金获得者。
主要从事生殖内分泌疾病、不孕症和辅助生殖技术的临床工作，特别是多囊卵巢综合征等，可以熟练地进行不孕症常规手术操作、腹腔镜及宫腔镜操作。作为项目负责人先后主持多项重大国家级和省部级科研项目，如国家重点研发计划项目、国家杰出青年科学基金、首都临床特色应用研究重点课题等，开展女性生殖内分泌疾病与子宫内膜容受性相关研究；三次获国家科技进步二等奖，2018年获得北京市茅以升科技奖，2021年获得妇幼健康科技进步一等奖（第一完成人）。
现任北京大学妇产科学系副主任、中国医师协会生殖医学专业委员会副主任委员兼总干事、中国医疗保健国际交流促进会生殖医学分会主任委员和生殖感染与微生态分会副主任委员、中国中药协会女性生殖健康专委会副主任委员、北京医学会生殖医学分会常委等。

Li Rong is the Vice President of medical affairs and the Director of Reproductive Medicine Department. She is responsible for hospital medical treatment, medical ethics, integrated care organization and medical insurance.
Focus and Interests
She specializes in clinical treatment within the fields on reproductive endocrine diseases, infertility and assisted reproductive technology, especially polycystic ovary syndrome, and can skillfully perform the routine operation of infertility, laparoscopy and hysteroscopy.
