付卫，男，汉族，1966年9月出生，中共党员，研究生学历、医学博士学位，教授、主任医师，博士研究生导师，国务院政府特殊津贴获得者，国家卫生健康突出贡献中青年专家。

现任北京大学第三医院院长、党委副书记，负责医院全面工作，侧重医院学科建设、发展规划、资源配置、产学研合作。

历任北京大学第三医院普通外科副主任、普通外科党支部书记、危重医学科主任、急诊部主任、肿瘤中心主任、罕见病诊治中心主任、机场院区院长、医院党委副书记兼纪委书记、医疗副院长。

长期从事胃肠外科的医疗、教学、科研和急危重症救治，致力于微创技术以及多学科诊疗模式的推广和应用，拓展和推进胃肠道肿瘤治疗的微创化和规范化。同时，基于在临床实践中发现的科学问题，积极开展基础和临床相结合的转化医学研究和跨学科的交叉融合研究，主持科技部重点研发计划项目1项、国家自然科学基金7项和省部级科学基金4项，多篇成果发表在Science、Cancer Cell、Gut、Cell Discovery等学术期刊。

Fu Wei has been responsible for the overall work of the hospital, focusing on discipline construction, development planning and resource disposition and collaboration between enterprises, hospital and research institutes. Fu Wei has also served as deputy secretary of Communist Party of China of our hospital. As a expert with outstanding contributions to national health field, he receives special allowance of The State Council.

He successively served as Deputy Director of the General Surgery Department, Secretary of the Party Branch of the General Surgery Department, Director of the Critical Care Medicine Department, Director of the Emergency Department, Director of Cancer Center, Director of Center for Rare Disease, President of the Airport Hospital, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of the hospital, and Vice president of Medical Affair of the Third Peking University Hospital.

Focus and Interests

He has been engaged in medical treatment, teaching, scientific research and emergency and critical treatment of gastrointestinal surgery for a long time, and is committed to the promotion and application of minimally invasive technology and multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment model, to expand and promote the minimally invasive and standardized treatment of gastrointestinal tumors.

At the same time, based on the scientific problems found in clinical practice, he actively carries out translational medicine research combining basic and clinical and cross-disciplinary integration research.
