护理工作简介

北医三院骨科不仅是一个综合性骨科，更是一个极具专业特色的科室，至今已有五十五年的历史。在几代骨科专家的辛勤耕耘，努力开拓下，脊柱与关节创伤方面均取得优异成绩，现已发展成为学术地位居国内领先的国家级重点专科。护理队伍也逐渐壮大，骨科现有护理人员96人，其中主管护师12人，护师37人；2名护士长分别在中华护理学会、中华医学会及卫生部护理领域任职。

目前骨科新技术、新理论不断涌出，手术方法也在不断更新。为了适应医学的不断发展，对护理工作提出了新的要求。护理队伍也随之逐渐成长，对于临床护理中发现的问题也有相关研究，并积累了一定的临床经验。近5年在核心期刊发表论文20余篇，于2009年完成了《实用骨科护理技术》一书的编写及《骨科护理康复指导手册》光盘的录制工作。为了与同行共同学习、共同探讨，护理人员踊跃参加学术交流，每年护理人员在骨科年会投稿近30篇，并有10余人参加大会交流、壁报或专题讲座。5年内举办了2届国家级护理学习班。接收了进修护士100余人。护士长、护士骨干多次被评为医学部优秀护理人员。

科室领导长期以来对护理工作非常重视。骨科手术量、门诊量、床位使用率及周转率在北京市名列前茅。为了配合医疗工作，我们进一步规范了工作流程；加强并发症的管理；加大了对护士的培训和考核；深化护士的分层管理，将主管层护士相对固定专业，以提升专科能力；最终提高了护士判断问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力，提高了工作效率，保质保量的完成了临床各项工作。

在推行优质护理服务过程中，我们遵循“急患者之所急、想患者之所想、满足患者之所需”的主动护理服务宗旨，努力为患者提供优质服务，成效显著，得到了患者及医护人员的普遍认可。护理工作不仅仅是强调要完成基础护理工作，满足患者的各项基本生活需要；还强调要和专科护理、促进患者康复等有机整合，真正实行整体护理，提高患者满意度。病房根据患者的不同诊疗时段，提供病情观察、完成治疗、健康教育，协助康复锻炼等各项护理服务，对患者各阶段可能产生的心理问题进行疏导。根据疾病的特点，更加关注专科护理内容，注重患者主诉，使护士能有更多的时间与病人接触，真正做到了将护士的时间还给患者。

由于管理规范，病房的工作在大家的共同努力下，护理质量稳步提升。先进的管理、高尚的医德、高明的医术、一流的服务，深深地感动着患者、家属，并得到了社会的认可。

Nursing

The Orthopaedic Department ofPekingUniversityThirdHospitalis not only a comprehensive department, but also is a highly professional sections, it has more than 55 years of history. Through the persistent effort of generations of experts, spine and joint group have achieved outstanding results. The department has developed into one of the national leading orthopaedic centers. With the great clinical achievements, nursing has also been drastically improved. Currently, there are 96 nurses and 12 of them are supervisor nurse and 37 are senior nurse. 2 head nurses of our department respectively serving in the Chinese Nursing Association, the Chinese Medical Association and the areas of Health Care.

As the new technology and new theories emerge in the orthopaedic,surgical methods are constantly updated, it brings new demands on nursing. More than 20 papers were published in the last 5 years in the core journals. We compiled a book of “Practical orthopedics nursing technology” and completed a CD of “Orthopedic care and rehabilitation Guide” in 2009.

In order to exchange experience with colleagues, we contribute more than 30 articles to the Orthopaedic Association every year, and more than 10 nursing staffs participating in the Conference Exchange, wall posters or lectures In the last 5 years. We held 2 national nursing continuous educational symposiums successfully and also accepted more than 100 visiting nurses every year. The head nurse and some of nurses have been named as the excellent nursing staff in thePekingUniversityHealthScienceCenter.

Nursing is also highlighted by the dean of our department. Orthopaedic surgery, outpatient visits, beds using rates in our department are on the top inBeijing. In order to keep good clinical results, as the backup of our doctors, we put much effort to providing patient education and patient care, such as standard workflow, strengthen the management of complications, more on training and assessment of nurses ,deepen nursing hierarchy management.

In the course of providing high quality nursing service, we followed the active care purposes, which as to satisfied the patients’ needs. we put much effort to providing patient education and patient care, its received good clinical results. The nursing work not only strengthen primary care, but also meet the basic needs of patients, emphasize the importance of specialist care, and promote patient rehabilitation. To implemented real holistic nursing care, finally achieve patients satisfaction.

According to the characteristics of the disease, more concerned with the specialist care, focusing on the patients Chief complaint, make nurses to have more contact with patients. Since the increased efficacy, we saved a lot of time from the routine job and the saved time is used to patient care.

With the efforts of all our staff, and with the excellent leadership of management level, we are doing better and better in nursing field. Our best medical service and the best management are not only recognized by national and international colleagues, but also by our patients and their families.
