On May 8, 2024, the election meeting for the new term of the Sports Medicine Branch of the Beijing Medical Association, along with the inaugural full committee meeting of the fourth committee, took place in the conference hall of the Beijing Medical Association. During the meeting, Professor Xu Yan, Deputy Director of the Department of Sports Medicine at Peking University Third Hospital, was elected as the Chairperson of the Fourth Committee of the Sports Medicine Branch of the Beijing Medical Association. Wang Cheng, Guo Qinwei, and Yan Hui were elected as standing committee members.
