On March 1, 2024, the election meeting for the change of office of the Endocrinology and Metabolism Section of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association was held in Shanghai. Professor Hong Tianpei, Head of the Department of Endocrinology at Peking University Third Hospital, was elected as the Vice-President Elect for the sixth committee of the Endocrinology and Metabolism Section of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association.
