科研工作
1.临床表观遗传学:基于5hmC(5-羟甲基胞嘧啶)表观遗传测序的液体活检技术,利用血浆或尿液发现与疾病早期预警及进展、药物疗效等临床密切相关的生物标志物,发现新靶标及新药物;2.中医表观遗传学:发现与中医诊断及精准用药相关的表观遗传标志物,研究中药作用人体的表观遗传特征及机制,改良发现新的中药配方及制剂;3.化学生物学:发展与疾病诊断及治疗相关的新化学生物学方法,用于发展新的药物递送纳米技术以及新的细胞治疗技术。
学术兼职
担任中国生物材料学会影像材料与技术分会常务委员,中国老年学和老年医学学会老年肿瘤分会常务委员,北京药学会药物化学生物学专委会委员。
