老年内科科室简介

我科建于1987年，建科初期名为高干内科，现名为老年病内科，是由23位医生（其中2位主任医师，7位副主任医师）、46位护士（其中主管护师7位）及1位康复师组成的致力于老年医学事业，技术实力强大的团队。科室主任为张福春，同时兼任北京大学第三医院海淀医院院长；科室副主任为张帆、刘慧琳；科室党支部书记为刘慧琳；病房护士长为郭英、孙卉、赵秀伟。

我科门诊由4部分组成，分别为位于门诊大楼5层的102门诊、位于门诊大楼3层的老年内科门诊、中央党校院区门诊及北方院区门诊。102门诊主要服务于持有“102”卡的干保人群；门诊大楼3层和分院区均开设老年内科门诊，面向患有常见内科疾病的60岁以上患者，均设有专家号和普通号。随着老龄人口的增加，我科门诊量逐年增加。

我科住院部有3个病区，一、二病区位于医院本部，三病区位于中央党校院区，共有床位72张。收治冠心病、高血压、心律失常、心衰、肺炎、慢性阻塞性肺病、糖尿病等老年常见内科疾病的患者，对于一人患有多种疾病的老年共病患者具有丰富的诊治经验。

我科开展安宁疗护工作，于老年内科三病房设有安宁疗护床位，收治疾病终末期、姑息治疗的患者。

我科具有专业的老年护理团队，拥有多名专科护士，对于营养不良、置入胃管、尿管、PICC的等多种管路的患者具有丰富的护理经验。

我科在门诊及病房全面开展老年综合评估工作，从日常生活能力、认知功能、跌倒风险、营养状态、精神情感障碍以及合并用药风险等多方面综合评估，制定集治疗、护理、康复为一体的综合治疗方案。

我科与运动医学科及骨科深度合作，进行围手术期患者的评估与管理，“科室间深度合作保障患者围手术期安全”项目获北京大学第三医院医疗安全管理奖三等奖。

我科提倡“有温度的治疗和护理”，科室氛围温馨，切实做到以患者为中心的医疗服务，多次荣获管理团队优秀奖、优质服务奖、精神文明先进科室等奖项。我们必将尽全力推动健康老龄化的发展，提高老年患者的生活质量。

Our department was established in 1987, named Senior Medicine Department at the beginning and now Department of Geriatrics. Our department has a dedicated and powerful team composed of 23 doctors (2 chief physicians, 7 associate chief physicians), 46 nurses (6 supervisor nurses) and 1 rehabilitation therapist. Our director is Zhang Fuchun, who is also the president of Haidian Hospital. Deputy directors are Zhang Fan and Liu Huilin. The head nurses are Guo Ying, Sun Hui and Zhao Xiuwei.

Our outpatient department is composed of 4 parts, with chief and attending physicians serving outpatients. 102 clinic locates on the 5th floor of the outpatient building, mainly serves the "102 card" holders. The geriatrics clinic on the 3rd floor serves patients over 60 years old with common medical conditions and comorbidity. We also set clinics in The C.P.C.Central Committee Party School Branch and Beifang Branch of our hospital. The number of outpatient visitors of our department is increasing with population aging.

The inpatient department with a total of 72 beds is composed of 3 wards, the first and second wards are located in the main part of the hospital, and the third ward is located near the C.P.C.Central Committee Party School. The inpatient department admits eldly patients with common internal diseases such as coronary heart disease, hypertension, arrhythmia, heart failure, pneumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes and comorbidity.

Beds for palliative care are set in the third ward of our department, serve terminal patients with hospice needs.

We have a professional nursing team experienced in serving patients with dystrophy, tube feeding, urinary catheterization and PICC tube implantation.

Our department has carried out comprehensive geriatric assessment in outpatient clinics and wards, including activities of daily living, cognitive function, fall risk, nutritional status, mental and emotional disorders, polypharmacy, and conducted a comprehensive treatment plan integrating treatment, nursing and rehabilitation.

Cooperating with sports medicine department and orthopedics department, our department evaluate and manage patients in the perioperative period. The project of "Deep cooperation between departments to ensure patients' perioperative safety" won the third prize of Medical Safety Management Award of Peking University Third Hospital.

Our department provides warm and patient-centered medical care and nursing, and has won many awards. We will do our best to promote the development of healthy aging and improve the quality of life of elderly patients.
