康复医学中心简介

北京大学第三医院康复医学科是全国知名的以骨科、运动创伤康复为特色，神经、重症康复全面发展的医教研全面结合的单位。我科以临床、康复一体化的工作模式进行康复治疗，在骨科及运动创伤康复的优势基础上，逐渐发展为骨与关节康复、运动损伤康复、神经康复、重症康复、脊柱脊髓康复、心脏康复、呼吸康复、重症康复、儿童康复、老年康复、产科康复、肿瘤康复等多学科全面发展的康复体系。康复医学科年门诊量4万余人次，神经早期康复介入率位居全国委属委管医院第一名。北医三院康复医学科抓住机遇，迎接历史挑战，已成为国家康复医学专业医疗质量控制中心、北京市康复医疗质量控制和改进中心，国家临床重点专科(2013、2022)，国家住院医师规范化培训重点专业基地，中华护理学会康复护理专科基地，北京大学康复医学科与理疗学博士学位、康复治疗学博士学位授予点，北京大学康复医学系主任单位，中国医师协会康复医师分会会长单位，中华医学会物理医学与康复学分会候任主委单位，中国医院康复医学联合体理事长单位。

The Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Peking University Third Hospital is a nationally renowned unit that integrates medical treatment, teaching, and research, specializing in orthopedics and sports injury rehabilitation, with comprehensive development in neurology and critical care rehabilitation. Our department conducts rehabilitation treatment in a clinical and rehabilitation integrated work mode. Based on our strengths in orthopedics and sports injury rehabilitation, we have gradually developed into a rehabilitation system with comprehensive development across multiple disciplines, including bone and joint rehabilitation, sports injury rehabilitation, neurologic rehabilitation, critical care rehabilitation, spinal and spinal cord rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation, respiratory rehabilitation, pediatric rehabilitation, geriatric rehabilitation, obstetric rehabilitation, and oncologic rehabilitation. The annual outpatient volume of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine exceeds 40,000 person-times, and our early intervention rate for neurologic rehabilitation ranks first among hospitals directly under the national and municipal health commissions. Seizing opportunities and meeting historical challenges, the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Peking University Third Hospital has become the National Quality Control Center for Rehabilitation Medicine, the Beijing Quality Control and Improvement Center for Rehabilitation Medicine, a National Key Clinical Specialty (2013, 2022), a National Key Base for Standardized Training of Resident Physicians, a Specialized Base for Rehabilitation Nursing of the Chinese Nursing Association, a PhD Degree Granting Site for Rehabilitation Medicine and Physical Therapy, and Rehabilitation Therapy at Peking University, the home unit of the Director of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Peking University, the home unit of the President of the Rehabilitation Physician Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, the home unit of the President-Elect of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and the home unit of the Chairman of the China Hospital Rehabilitation Medicine Consortium.

科室目前床位50张，现有职工89名，其中主任医师4人，副主任医师5人，主治医师6人，住院医师5人；主管治疗师9人，治疗师35人；主管护师6人，护师、护士14人。其中崔国庆担任北京市康复医疗质量控制和改进中心主任、中国医院协会康复医联体首任主任、中国肩肘外科协作组组长、北京医学会肩肘分会创始主委、北京康复学会骨关节专业委员会副主任委员、北京体育科学学会运动医学与康复分会副主任委员、中华医学会运动医疗分会常委、中国医药教育协会肩肘运动医学康复分会主任委员，周谋望担任国家康复医学质控中心主任、中国医师协会康复医师分会会长、中华医学会物理医学与康复学分会候任主任委员，杨延砚担任中国医师协会康复医师分会副秘书长，刘楠担任加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学访问助理教授，刘小璇担任中华医学会周围神经病分会委员，戴宏乐担任中国康复医学会康复护理专委会常务委员，吴同绚担任中国康复医学会作业治疗专业委员会常务委员。

The department currently has 50 beds and 89 staff members, including 4 chief physicians, 5 associate chief physicians, 6 physicians-in-charge, 5 resident physicians, 9 senior therapists, 35 therapists, 6 senior nurses, and 14 nurses and nursing staff. Among them, Cui Guoqing serves as the Director of the Beijing Quality Control and Improvement Center for Rehabilitation Medicine, the First Director of the Rehabilitation Medical Consortium of the Chinese Hospital Association, the Group Leader of the Chinese Shoulder and Elbow Surgery Collaboration Group, the Founding President of the Shoulder and Elbow Branch of the Beijing Medical Association, the Vice President of the Bone and Joint Professional Committee of the Beijing Rehabilitation Association, the Vice President of the Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Branch of the Beijing Sports Science Society, the Standing Committee Member of the Sports Medicine Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and the President of the Shoulder and Elbow Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Branch of the China Medical Education Association. Zhou Mouwang serves as the Director of the National Quality Control Center for Rehabilitation Medicine, the President of the Rehabilitation Physician Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, and the President-Elect of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Branch of the Chinese Medical Association. Yang Yanyan serves as the Deputy Secretary-General of the Rehabilitation Physician Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association. Liu Nan serves as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of British Columbia in Canada. Liu Xiaoxuan serves as a Member of the Peripheral Neuropathy Branch of the Chinese Medical Association. Dai Hongle serves as a Standing Committee Member of the Rehabilitation Nursing Professional Committee of the Chinese Rehabilitation Medical Association. Wu Tongxuan serves as a Standing Committee Member of the Occupational Therapy Professional Committee of the Chinese Rehabilitation Medical Association.

北京大学第三医院康复医学科作为国家康复医学专业医疗质量控制中心的主任单位，全面负责全国康复医疗质量标准化建设，构建了覆盖全国的质控网络。哨点医院从162家扩展到562家，覆盖31个省级行政区，推动质控工作的全面覆盖。中心制定了《国家康复医学专业医疗质量控制指标》等标准，促进了康复医疗的规范化，并发布了权威的《国家医疗服务与质量安全报告（康复医学专业部分）》。质控研究显示，全国重点病种早期康复介入率稳步提升，相关指标年均增长1%-2%。主导的“早期康复介入率”改进工作获国家卫健委认可，并形成《住院患者早期康复介入率提升指南》。这些实践大幅提升了全国康复服务质量。

As the director unit of the National Quality Control Center for Rehabilitation Medicine, the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Peking University Third Hospital is fully responsible for the standardized construction of national rehabilitation medical quality and has built a quality control network covering the whole country. The number of sentinel hospitals has expanded from 162 to 562, covering 31 provincial-level administrative regions, promoting comprehensive coverage of quality control work. The center has formulated standards such as the "National Quality Control Indicators for Rehabilitation Medicine", promoting the standardization of rehabilitation medicine, and released the authoritative "National Medical Service and Quality Safety Report (Rehabilitation Medicine Section)". Quality control research shows that the early intervention rate for key diseases nationwide has steadily increased, with an average annual growth rate of 1%-2% for relevant indicators. The led improvement work on the "early intervention rate for rehabilitation" has been recognized by the National Health Commission and resulted in the "Guidelines for Improving the Early Intervention Rate for Inpatients' Rehabilitation". These practices have significantly improved the quality of rehabilitation services nationwide.

北医三院康复医学科在亚专科建设方面成效显著，形成以骨与关节康复为特色，神经康复、重症康复全面发展的学科体系。骨与关节康复亚专科率先开展围手术期加速康复模式（ERAS），每年服务百余名转诊患者，并获批国家加速康复外科骨科试点示范单位，显著提升患者术后康复效率。国内率先践行的骨科康复一体化模式，实现了治疗与康复的无缝衔接。通过骨科医师、康复医师和治疗师团队协作，该模式建立了围手术期康复体系，显著改善患者术后功能恢复，减少并发症和再入院率。研究表明，该模式显著降低患者术后疼痛，加快功能恢复，提升工作重返率，已作为“首都十大疾病科技攻关”重点推广内容，并在全国范围广泛应用。此外，骨科康复一体化逐步扩展至其他学科，形成“临床康复一体化”工作模式，为多学科协作提供了创新范例。目前，康复医学科共建立12个早期康复工作站，神经康复介入率达委属委管医院第一名，显著提高患者早期功能恢复程度。

The Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Peking University Third Hospital has achieved remarkable results in the construction of sub-specialties, forming a disciplinary system with bone and joint rehabilitation as its specialty and comprehensive development in neurologic and critical care rehabilitation. The bone and joint rehabilitation sub-specialty was the first to implement the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) model, serving over 100 referred patients annually, and was approved as a national pilot demonstration unit for ERAS in orthopedics, significantly improving patients' postoperative rehabilitation efficiency. It was the first in China to practice the integrated orthopedic rehabilitation model, achieving seamless integration of treatment and rehabilitation. Through collaboration among orthopedic surgeons, rehabilitation physicians, and therapists, this model has established a perioperative rehabilitation system, significantly improving patients' postoperative functional recovery and reducing complications and readmission rates. Studies have shown that this model significantly reduces postoperative pain, accelerates functional recovery, and increases the return-to-work rate. It has been identified as a key promotion content of the "Beijing Science and Technology Key Projects for the Top Ten Diseases" and is widely applied nationwide. Furthermore, the integrated orthopedic rehabilitation model has gradually expanded to other disciplines, forming a "clinical-rehabilitation integration" work mode and providing an innovative example for multidisciplinary collaboration. Currently, the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine has established 12 early rehabilitation workstations, with the neurologic rehabilitation intervention rate ranking first among hospitals directly under the national and municipal health commissions, significantly improving patients' early functional recovery.

康复医学科在教育领域开创了多层次、国际化的人才培养体系。通过“北京大学-南加州大学作业治疗联合培养项目”等国际合作，科室培养了一批高层次康复专科人才。近三年，共培养博士研究生9人、硕士研究生18人，新增学科带头人2人，技术骨干5人。科室每年完成2项以上国家级培训项目，形成从基层到高端的人才培养模式。通过创新课程设计、在线教学及国际交流，持续推动康复教育质量提升，为我国康复事业发展提供了坚实保障。并且目前是国家住院医师规范化培训重点专业基地，中华护理学会康复护理专科基地，北京大学康复医学科与理疗学博士学位、康复治疗学博士学位授予点，北京大学康复医学系主任单位，是国内康复教育领域的标杆。

The Department of Rehabilitation Medicine has pioneered a multi-level and international talent cultivation system in the field of education. Through international collaborations such as the "Peking University-University of Southern California Joint Training Program for Occupational Therapy", the department has cultivated a group of high-level rehabilitation specialists. In the past three years, it has cultivated 9 PhD students and 18 master's students, added 2 academic leaders, and 5 technical backbones. The department completes more than 2 national-level training programs annually, forming a talent cultivation mode from the grassroots to high-end levels. Through innovative curriculum design, online teaching, and international exchanges, it continuously promotes the improvement of rehabilitation education quality, providing a solid guarantee for the development of rehabilitation in China. Moreover, it is currently a National Key Base for Standardized Training of Resident Physicians, a Specialized Base for Rehabilitation Nursing of the Chinese Nursing Association, a PhD Degree Granting Site for Rehabilitation Medicine and Physical Therapy, and Rehabilitation Therapy at Peking University, and the home unit of the Director of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Peking University, serving as a benchmark in the field of rehabilitation education in China.
