After violent terrorist attacks happened in Kunming, from March 2^nd, Yao Gaiqi, the deputy director of the Critical Care Medicine Branch, Guo Yan an orthopedic surgeon, Ma Chaolai, the deputy director of General Surgery, Zhou Mouwang, the director of Rehabilitation Departments, Sun Tao from the General Surgery, Yi Min from Critical Medicine, six experts in total were respectively as the first, second and third panelists to go to Kunming to treat the wounded.
