Recently, National Health and Family Planning Commission (NHFPC) wrote to thank PUTH for the support to the Gansu Province part of “Splendor Project”, which is held by NHFPC to promote health in Tibet and other Tibetan areas in four provinces. It also presented appreciation to Tang Yanan, the specialist who went to serve in Tibetan area.
