On September 19^th, the world’s first IVF baby was born in PUTH following MALBAC-based (Multiple Annealing and Looping Based Amplification Cycles) WGA single-cell sequencing and single-gene hereditary disease screening, which marked that China had played a worldwide leading role in preimplantation genomic diagnosis.
