On November 7th, a medical team fromPlastic Department of PUTH consisting six people came to Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM and took part in Operation Smile for the second time. During the four-day period, they jointed with other plastic and anaesthesia doctors and nurses from different domestic and international hospitals screened about 100 infants with congenital cleft lip and palate and performed free repair operation for them.
