On November 28, Jin Changxiao, the secretary of CPC Party and vice director gave collective talk to 28 new promoted cadres at the first conference room of ENT building. Jin Changxiao required the new promoted cadres to be clean themselves, and to put “one post with double duty” in place which means devoting to the construction of a clean government in their administrative office.
