On 4 p.m. of August 5th, the quality control center of Critical Medicine of PUTH held the first part of lecture series on Critical Medicine on room 125 of Scientific Research Building. Wang Chen, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and President of China-Japan Friendship Hospital, was specially invited to give a lecture on ‘ICU System Construction and Specialist Training in Critical Medicine’ to directors and medical staff of the Department of Critical Care. Before the lecture, Secretary Jin Changxiao engaged Wang Chen as the guest professor on behalf of PUTH and issued the letter of appointment.
