On August 14^th and 15^th, the ED of PUTH set out for Xinzhou City of Shanxi, which is an old revolutionary base area, and organized a national further medical education program, “Class of General Practice in Regard to Community Emergency”. Over three hundred medical specialists and general practitioners from every hospital and community health service centre in 14 county-level cities and counties of Xinzhou City went in for the program. Leaders served in municipal government and Health and Family Planning Commission, Ma Zhen, deputy director of Continuing Education department of PUHSC, and Zheng Ya’an, director of the ED and Ma Qingbian, vice director attended the opening ceremony.
