On September 11^th, Sino-Arab health cooperation forum was held in Yinchuan, and Yinchuan declaration was launched, in which six new ideas were put forward to deepen the corporation between China and Arab in the field of health and including establishing the Sino-Arab medical and health corporation and development association. Party Secretary and vice president Jin Changxiao, vice president Wang Jianquan attended the forum. Jin Changxiao, as one of the nine lecturers from both China and Arab, used "seize the opportunity for a win-win cooperation" as the topic of his speech.
