In 2015, PUTH actively carried out self-service to patients in order to improve its service efficiency. The function of self-helped registration was available on June 17th, including day-registration, appointment registration and appointment access to registered number. On July 16th, the function of cards self-registration worked online. The function of self-helped payment is accessible on August 28th. Presently, PUTH has 37 all-in-one machines for registration and payment, 5 machines for cards registration and top-up, 28 printers for report printing and 4 all-in-one machines that offer comprehensive service. With these self-service machines, patients’ long time spent for queuing outside windows has been relieved. Currently, PUTH has 74 self-service equipment covering out-patient/emergency building, ENT building and reproductive center, etc.
