October 23th, the 2015 International Conference of Articular Cartilage and Ligament Repair and Reconstruction, also known as the 18^th session of the National Arthroscopy Technology and New Developments was successfully hosted by Peking University Institute of Sports Medicine, International Cartilage Repair Society (ICRS), and ICRS-China. Both domestic and international famous experts in sports medicine and articular cartilage repair participated. Ao Yingfang, chairman of the conference, Director of Sports Medical Association of the Chinese Medical Association, chairman of ICRS-China and director of Peking University Institute of Sports Medicine, presided over the conference and made a speech. Famous experts of shoulder and ankle joint treatment from home and abroad gave live surgery demonstration and shared their experience. Professors from PUTH, Ao Yingfang, Tian Dexiang, Wang Jianquan, Cui Guoqing, Yu jiakuo and Hu Yanlin introduced some characteristic clinical diagnosis and treatment of certain diseases.
