The labor union of our hospital held the second "Build Home and Flourish Hospital" labor union innovation forum in science lecture hall of ENT building on November 13^th.

On the opening ceremony, Liu Dongming, deputy secretary of our hospital, made a speech first. He hoped that the forum was a platform for hospitals’ labor unions sharing working experiences and cultivating working capability of labor union leaders. Chen Hui, deputy chairman of Chinese general labor union, confirmed the vital importance of the innovation work forum in deepening building home and offering better service for staffs in his speech. Qiu Aijun, vice executive chairman of Beijing education labor union, introduced the spirit of “1+15 document of Beijing labor union” and the important work of basic labor union education system in the new period in detail. Fang Chunlai, chairman of Tianjin Health Development Planning Commission labor union, shared the working experience in the speech whose theme was “Deepen the training of workers to boost the healthy development of health service”. Zhao Rongsheng, vice executive chairman of labor union in our hospital, shared innovative thoughts about building home and basic labor union. Ni Xueyong, chairman of office of general services labor union, introduced the experience of labor union which constructs branches.

In the section “because of you”, which was for sharing and communicating hospital's culture construction experience, Jia Yimu from department of general surgery, Zhao Wei from cardiovascular department and Hu Jinping, vice director of nursing department, showed the spirituality of workers in PUTH from different profiles. The forum held “the kind doctors” speech contest finals, in which Xu Xinye and Liu Chang from Cardiovascular Department, Wang Liying from center for Reproductive Medicine and Ouyang Hanqiang from Department of Orthopaedics won first prizes.
