Peking University Third Hospital Holds Award Ceremony for the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Ward

On the afternoon of April 25, 2024, Peking University Third Hospital held a ceremony to inaugurate its Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Ward. President Fu Wei and Vice President Li Rong attended and delivered speeches, emphasizing the important role of traditional Chinese medicine in implementing the "Healthy China" strategy. They expressed the hope to promote the integration and mutual exchange of traditional Chinese and Western medicine through various measures, establish a brand of integrated medicine in comprehensive hospitals, and enhance the international influence of traditional Chinese medicine. The hospital awarded the title of "Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Ward" to seven wards across five departments: Reproductive Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Sports Medicine, Tumor Radiotherapy, and Tumor Chemotherapy and Radiation Sickness.
