张耀华,博士,北京大学第三医院研究员,血管稳态与重构全国重点实验室PI,内科学(心血管病)硕、博士研究生导师。博士毕业于中国医学科学院&北京协和医学院,在国家心血管病中心,心血管疾病国家重点实验室完成博士课题研究。先后在美国休斯顿健康医学中心和MD Anderson癌症中心从事博士后研究。入选2022年北京市海外高层次人才青年项目,获得2022年国家自然科学基金委海外优青项目资助。研究工作主要是基于多组学研究技术,探索蛋白翻译后修饰在心血管病发病中的作用机制。开发疾病评分和分层的生物标志物,辅助实现疾病的精准诊断,并开发针对疾病的精准干预策略。近五年以第一作者(含共同)和通讯作者在ScienceNature Cell BiologyCirculationScience Translational Medicine等国际知名杂志发表高水平学术论文,累计影响因子超过200。

Dr. Yaohua Zhang, a professor at Peking University Third Hospital, holds the position of Principal Investigator (PI) for the National Key Laboratory of Vascular Homeostasis and Remodeling. Before this, he conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and the renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center in the United States. Acknowledged for his exceptional contributions, Dr. Zhang was honored with the 2022 Beijing Overseas High-level Talents Youth Program and received funding from the Science Fund Program for Excellent Young Scientists (Overseas) in the same year. His research endeavors primarily delve into the mechanisms behind post-translational protein modifications in cardiovascular diseases, leveraging multi-omics technology. His ultimate aim is to establish biomarkers for disease scoring and stratification, thereby enhancing the accuracy of diagnosis and precision in intervention strategies. In the past five years, he has led or contributed significantly to numerous highly influential academic publications in esteemed international journals such as Science, Nature Cell Biology, Circulation, and Science Translational Medicine, collectively achieving a cumulative impact factor surpassing 200.
