主持国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、中华医学会、北京市自然科学基金等科研课题多项，曾获教育部高校优秀成果科技进步二等奖、中华医学科技奖和华夏医学科技奖等省部级奖励。在《The Journal of Urology》和《Protein & cell》等杂志发表Web of Science收录论文百篇，《Urology》等10余种SCI杂志及《北京大学学报》等国内科技核心期刊审稿人。国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金和北京市科委等多个省市科技项目评审专家，教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心学位论文评审专家。编写教材和专业著作多部，获实用新型专利、发明专利公开和软件著作权等10余项。
