财务处简介
财务处作为医院重要的经济管理职能部门之一,肩负着医院财务会计核算和经济管理工作的重任。尤其是医院财务管理作为医院整体管理工作中的重要一环,其在医院发展建设中的作用越来越大。
 
 
 
   
     医院财务处下设五个科,分别为:会计科、住院结算科、门诊结算科、物价管理科、国有资产管理科。从职能与职责范围上,主要负责医院门急诊发卡、挂号、划价收费、医疗保险结算、患者入出院费用结算、收费物价管理、医院收入支出审核、会计核算、财务报表及经济分析、资产管理等工作。财务处现有在职员工175人,其中:按学历分类:研究生10名,本科生66人,大专生77人,其他人员22人;按职称分类:高级会计师4人,会计师10人,助理会计师31人,其他人员130人;按人员类别分类:正式工57人,长期合同工11人,合同工104人,临时工3人。
    伴随着医院的快速发展,医院财务工作水平不断提高,机构设置更趋合理,财会人员队伍整体素质普遍提升,已形成一支年龄结构比较合理、学历层次较高的在业内处于领先水平的成熟财务团队。医院财务管理工作正朝着“全国一流、部属医院前列,从核算型走向管理型、进而走向经营管理型,不断创新提高”的奋斗目标迈进。
    在医院今后的发展征程中,财务处将在院领导正确领导下,在各部门和全院职工的支持帮助下,不断地与时俱进、开拓创新,力争为医院发展做出新的、更大的贡献。
 
    As one of the most important functional economy and management department , the Finance Department assumes responsibilities of the financial accounting and economic management. And particularly, the financial management is an important part of the overall management of the hospital, its function will be increasingly big in  the development and construction of the hospital.
   At present, the Finance department has four branches: the Accounting Section, the Hospital Billing Section, the Out-patient Billing Section and the Price Management Section. From the operational responsibilities, they are mainly responsible for the  register of out-patient clinic and emergency call, pricing and fees collecting , medical insurance balance, out-patient balance, charging price management, financial write-off audit, accounting , financial statements, productive and economic analysis, and so on. There are 175 working staff in the Finance Department. According to their academic qualifications, there are ten graduates, sixyt-six undergraduates, seventy-seven junior college graduates and twenty-two staff with other educational backgrounds; According to their duties, there are four senior accountants, ten accountants, thirty-one assistant accountants, one hundred and thirty personnel; According to their categories, there are fifty-seven official workers,eleven long-term contract workers, one hundered and four contract workers and three temporary workers .
    With the fifty years rapid development, the level of the financial work continuously raises and the institutional settings are more reasonable. Until now, it has been basically formed a mature financial team which has more reasonable age structure and higher education level. Hospital financial management is moving ahead for the following objectives: national first-class,  the forefront among the hospitals managed by the Ministry of Health,  from accounting-type to management-type,  then to operating management-type,  and constantly improving and innovating.
    In the hospital's future development journey, the Finance Department will continue to advance with the times, blaze new trails and strive to make new greater contributions to the development of the hospital.
